In India vs Sri Lanka, 2nd T20 Match India sealed the T20 series against Sri Lanka on Friday evening after beating neighbors Sri Lanka by 88 runs in a high scoring game. Played in Indore, Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul provided India with a dream start (165 runs for opening wicket) before the middle order took over and led the side to a strong total of Two Hundred Sixty runs. In reply, Kusal Perera provided Sri Lanka with a chance due to his 77 run knock from 37 balls but the middle and lower order collapsed miserably to quash those hopes. Yuzvendra Chahal scalped four wickets and Kuldeep Yadav finished with three as the impact from the wrist spinners continued to bother the Lankans. With the result, India took an unbeatable 2-0 lead in the three-match series.
